On Jan. 23rd you prayed for our Concept team meeting concerning young adult Leadership training.

" ANSWER: We were united on small group training and support for youth leaders IN THE EAST OF AUSTRIA concept. The kick off to explain this vision to other trainers will be Feb.22nd. ->Praying now for the 8 Trainers we are approaching to coach 4 youth leader groups. 90% Nationals will be leading this ministry if it all works out!

On Jan. 25th you prayed for the preaching at the Refugee mission.

" ANSWER: The place was packed with men primarily from Afghanistan and many other nationalities from the east as well. Preached on Lk.4:31-37 and integrated a Christian Refugee (Arif). He shared his testimony and from the Bible.

On Jan. 26th you prayed for the reorganizing of our local Young Leaders discipleship training ministry.

" ANSWER: 3 new classes will be starting up on March 10th

Visa- Our team traded off standing in line half a day and all night outside, corruption of a lawyer and many people trying to cut in front of those who were first, but it looks like we got Kasey's & Adam's applications in under the quote ( 60 get in and around 150 apply).

Team initiatives for 2012 were discussed more intensively the last two weeks and yesterday at the team meeting we had 3 Nationals and 5 potential new missionaries bonding to our vision to make disciples and strengthen the churches here. Everyone will adjust and add to their 2012 initiatives by Jan. 10th, and then fill out their tracking sheets to monitor progress and get team support to reach the 2012 goals.

After I get things finalized with my partner and our missions director, I will send you our 2012 plan if you request it from me.
