Fellowship
I had my Russian friend over here the other day for obshenya or fellowship. Theres nothing I like here more than sitting around the kitchen table, the heart of every Russian home, and just chatting the evening away. Russians seem distant and unemotional on the street, but they are astonishingly relational people and another common fun activity is gulyatting or just getting together and walking up and down the city streets and chatting. Russian relationships are intense and deep. Please be praying that my language skills would begin to match the Russian relational level, thats the only way I will be able to effectively minister in this country.
